Tobin Hissong is a professional actor, singer and musician.  He has appeared on many Detroit area stages over the past 20 years.

Featured roles include Bob Cratchit  in Meadow Brook Theatre's annual production of A Christmas Carol from 2008 to 2018, Michael in Williamston Theatre's Rounding Third,  listed as one of the top 10 best plays in the Detroit area by The Detroit Free Press and Reuben Soady in Detroit's longest running play Escanaba in da Moonlight at the Gem Theatre.

In 2020, Tobin won a Thespie Award for his portrayal of Mathius in Kristine Thatcher's The Safe House at Williamston Theatre.
